SHIPPING POLICY
All orders are processed within 1- 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping to the following countries: Australia, Austria, Belgium,Canada, Cambodia, China, Demark, Finland, France, Germany, Switzerland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Korea, Netherland, Norway, Poland, Singaporr, Spain, Sweden, Taiwan, Thailand, UAE, United Kingdom and USA.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. All deliveries to the above countries are handled with EMS.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Cils Beauty Co.,Ltd. is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within X days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at lashboomer.team@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
In-store pickup at our Reseller Stores
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at our Partner Distribution Stores listed in the section below our Products [click here]. These are registered resellers of our original products. Please note that the prices of our resellers are not bound to us and therefore may vary.
Local Delivery in Cambodia
Free local delivery is available for all orders. Deliveries are made from [2 pm - 5 pm] on [Monday until Friday]. We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival.
RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY
60 Day Product Promise
We promise you will fall in love with our products within 60 days, but if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your Purchase of Cils Beauty Co.,Ltd. products purchased through lashboomer-official.com, simply return our return form and we will be happy to process an exchange or remit your account for the full amount of the purchase, less your original shipping & handling, within 90 days of purchase.

After you can carefully pack your items to be returned, including all original packaging, into the box and include the completed return form.
